Took a tour of this facility for my dad and it was disgustingly dirty . You walk in the door and it smells like urine . The floors in the lobby hadn’t been vacuumed in quite sometime. The unit they showed us the walls needed painting and carpet needed to be replaced . No signs of any housekeepers and a dog who dosent look like it had been bathed in quite sometime roaming around kitchen area . Looked like no sanitation practices in place .Dingy and depressing .Seniors deserve better than this facility . Many other options in town .

This beautiful home could not be any better. They are kind, loving, and attentive. They treat us like family, and most of all, they treat our loved one like family. I honestly cannot find anything to dislike about them.

My 90 + year old Aunt hates living at Kindercare, Melanie has called the police to remove a friend being she is keeping her in isolation away from loved ones which is inhumane. She owns the building so she can keep my Aunt isolated from friends & family. If a person comes to visit her the owner then puts there name on a list to keep them out & never let them inside again.

We had a great experience with our mother at Kinder Care. The end of life couldn't have been handled any better. It even included my sister and I rooming in the Kinder Care couches. I really appreciated the time we had both with mother and the staff. I have a lot of fond memories of that period even though it was mother's end of life.
