I am thankful for Griswold’s care team in my family’s time of need. In a crisis situation Merilyn was able to meet me where I was with paperwork ready on very short notice, ready to help. She went above and beyond to get both of my parents set up with 24/7 care while they were waiting to transition in assisted living. Caregiver Jonathan was friendly, helpful, and in tune to my Dad’s needs. I will definitely not hesitate to recommend Griswold and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

Griswold Home Care has provided amazing care for my mom. Because I live out of state, it was initially very stressful trying to coordinate everything from afar. However, their team has given me complete peace of mind. Everyone we have interacted with has been incredibly warm, attentive, and deeply caring. Thanks to their wonderful support, my mom is able to continue living safely in her own home, exactly where she wants to be. It is incredibly reassuring to know she is in such good hands. I highly recommend them to any family looking for trustworthy care!

Griswold has been an excellent place to get care for my 91 year old mother. The staff are excellent, especially Merilyn who has been there every step of the way since we started services. Her responses to requests have been very timely and when issues have arisen she has handled them quickly and professionally. If she is any representation of the rest of the organization, it is a kind, caring, professional, and understanding one that goes out of the way to meet the needs of those they serve.

My family has been utilizing Griswald's Home Care for my mother for several years now. Every aspect of their services has been 5 stars! The initial and ongoing consultations with family and my mother, the weekly emails and flexibility regarding scheduling, open communication, and the personalized and ever changing care program have all been a part of the fantastic service that Griswald offers. The individual Gals that have worked for my mother have built lasting trust and friendships that have improved my mother's daily living. Our family has gotten to know and become friends with mom's care givers too. I can't express enough how wonderful it's been working with Griswald's and its exceptional staff. We had a superior experience with Griswold Home Care. The registration was handled thoughtfully and well. Merilyn, our contact person, was most accommodating, friendly, and helpful. She clearly wanted to know everything she could about my wife and her needs, all of which went into a detailed notebook for our helpers. We didn't feel our first helper was what my wife needed or wanted, and Griswold did a serious search for a more compatible person. This second helper was exactly what we needed. She was extremely attentive, hard-working, and flexible. She drove my wife to various destinations, cooked and baked, cleaned, and occupied my wife with good conversation--everything we were looking for in a helper. We are extremely satisfied with the fine service and aid that Griswold provided. It's hard to imagine a better fit and more helpful assistance.
