The Estates

The Estates is an independent living community for active adults age 55 and older located in Moorhead, Minnesota. The community offers maintenance-free living with housekeeping, landscaping, and maintenance services included, freeing residents from home upkeep tasks such as snow removal, lawn mowing, and gutter cleaning.

The community features extensive amenities designed to foster socialization and activity, including a fitness center, movie room, recreation room, library and game areas, and large patios and balconies.
