I was pleased by your entry/exit system. This should become a state requirement of all facilities. Admission procedures were clear and swiftly done. Employees are very friendly and were responsible.

My mother was admitted to Landmark and from the moment I walked through the doors, until I left I felt we were both cared for. Very friendly and courteous staff. The building was clean and inviting. I feel peace with my mother here.

The outside of the facility was inviting, where I was comfortable enough to walk inside the facility. Inside was clean and the staff were pleasant and addressed my questions in a timely manner. I noticed how the staff took time to give their attention to the residents and resident concerns.

I have no complaints, everyone has been very helpful and supportive throughout this journey. From administration to nursing staff, housekeeping, can’s. At first I had heard so much negative things about landmark that I was hesitant to put my husband there, needless to say “ none of that is true “. I have no regrets
