My FIL was admitted to Southwind Rehab with pretty much no strength. The facility helped both the patient and family to heal, get stronger and regain joy. All of my friends who visited was impressed by the cleanliness and care given to my Father in Law. I would refer anyone to go and get rehab. Thank you for everything.

My sister Tracy Barron Carrier entered Southwind after leaving the hospital with a fractured left patella and femur and a fracture in her right foot! Being non weight bearing for 8 weeks, their excellent rehab program had her walking upon discharge! We had to file 4 insurance appeals for this stay and we were successful with the help of staff and administrators! The staff was very compassionate, skilled, and friendly! The transportation to doctor appointments was superb! The Cajun food and the activities were awesome! We met many new friends and her roommate Ms. Debbie is now family! We highly recommend Southwind Nursing and Rehab!

I had to share this because, My husband had to be put in a rehab because he had 2 strokes, that left him paralyzed on one side of his body and needed rehabilitation. So I chose Southwind Nursing and Rehab. I found that the staff to be so caring, friendly, compassionate, the transportation is amazing the first driver we had was Constance she was so friendly, helpful, kind and caring. We also had Pam who was also amazing and caring. I noticed even the administrator getting out and helping anywhere he can. He is always there for anyone who needs from the patience, to the families and staff. I would recommend you to anyone who is looking for a Rehab or Nursing home cg Thank you and God bless Angela Leger
