I worked for them 11/2 yrs...I was the only reliable caregiver they had for my client. I had let them know I was going through some things in my life hat happen tragic and I needed to step away from work for awhile...And if they had any questions to please call me...Instead they avoided my emergency time away and never called to speak with me instead when I called they now saying I'm not rehireable...That's ashame that this company doesn't understand people go through things that are unexpected..By NO means I wanted to take time away but it was the best thing to do at the time..Please be careful if u going through a tragedy they don't seem to care!! That's ashame......

Tara was very helpful from the very beginning of the process. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was pestering her. It was so refreshing to have someone to work with you that really cares for the person.

My Journey began October 1, 2025, with a young lady named Tara. When I contacted the company, I had no idea what to expect and my anxiety was heightened. I only knew that I have an 89.5 year old widowed sister in law, who needs help and I must assist her in getting help, since she cannot do any of this herself. Much to my surprise, I was treated as though my situation mattered. As the conversation continued I could feel through the phone line that this lady really cared and Wanted to help me. There went the anxiety I had initially, right out the window. While this was going on I’m silently Praising God, because it is so rare these days to have a stranger be so willing and nothing seemed too much for her. There were other steps that had to be taken care of with regard to my SNL’s Medicaid and had to be addressed first. Nevertheless, Tara was quick to give me step by step instructions to resolve this. I took care of things on my end, but it took a few days for Medicaid to correct the problem. During that period Tara reached out to me for a status report. She explained what to do once Medicaid resolved the issue with specific instructions that were easy to follow so we could move forward. After this it took a few more days before a blue envelope arrived, but Tara without fail stayed in touch with me and clearly stated she would assist us in completing the final documents, once we receive them, if we needed any help at all. I’m still in awe and thought it was time to tell her, what I thought of the way she handled all of this. This is indeed RARE and I will forever be grateful for this company, and more specifically Tara. If she reads this, she needs to know she has been such a blessing to us and I Thank You so very much Tara! I could only give 5 stars but the truth is I wish I could give more. 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌💯💯
