I have been wanting to write this for a while, but it has taken some time and thought to come up with the right words to express how much love and appreciation I have for Rosewood. First, my mom and uncle spent a lot of time thinking and searching for the right place where my grandmother (Sylvia Combs) would call home for the rest of her life. After lots of tours, meetings, and talks with numerous people and places they decided to go with Rosewood. Robyn visited my grandmother numerous times to evaluate her, and each visit made my grandmother feel even more excited and grateful for the opportunity to move to rosewood. Unfortunately, she was only able to be there for about a year and a half, but they made that year and a half one of the best. The care partners, cooks, administration, residents, and Ms. Michelle at the front desk are truly exceptional. My mamaw always felt so loved, cared for, and welcomed, which is exactly what we wanted for her when we decided to move her into a facility. In my grandmother's final moments, not only did the staff go out of their way to make sure she was okay and taken care of, but they also continuously checked on me and my family. Even after she passed, I would just go to visit because Rosewood truly feels like home. This place will forever hold a special place in my family's heart, and if we could do it all over again, we would choose rosewood each time.<br>-Hayli Gilley

Where do I start…. What a great place! From day 1 they made my mother (Sylvia Combs)a part of the Rosewood family. They cared for her like it was their mother. The whole staff treated her with such respect and true kindness! You just don’t see that anymore. She truly loved each and everyone at Rosewood Assisted Living! Over the past year she made several trips to the emergency room and had several stays. Every single time someone from Rosewood would go visit and check on her, I think that was amazing and shows the true heart of the Rosewood family!!! She has passed and will be missed! I thank you Rosewood staff for making her final year peaceful, comfortable and at home. 🙏🏻 If anyone has a love one who needs a place where the staff is TOP TIER!, and really cares, you owe it to yourselves or family to consider Rosewood Assisted Living!<br><br>D. Robyn has been an outstanding source of support and knowledge sharing. It is so refreshing to find such a customer focused community that strive to provide information and help during a difficult time.<br><br>PS. The paperwork required is brutal. I’m assuming every facility requires all of this information. Be prepared for a minimum of 3-4+ hours of page after page of documents required for admission.

We could not have picked a better place for my mother than Rosewood assisted living. I visited several different places before we chose Rosewood. Robin even went visit my mother when she was in the nursing home. She gave us hope when we needed it most! The whole staff at Rosewood goes over and above in everything they do to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of! I didn’t know a place like this existed for the elderly. I will be forever grateful for Rosewood assisted living! THEY ARE FAMILY!<br><br>Frank 🙏🏻

I can’t praise this place and the staff enough !! We were in a situation with my mother and wasn’t sure what we were gonna do. With the help of Robyn, whom NEVER gave up helping us , we were able to get her into Rosewood and it has been the best decision we ever made !! The ENTIRE staff has been nothing but amazing!! Her apartment is amazing and she is so happy !! Best decision we ever made !!
