I had the most excellent care that anyone would like from all of the staff. Physical therapy was the best things that I had. All of the staff became family to me. I actually owe my life to them. Thank you and god bless you.

My grandmother was sent there from the hospital in better health. She came to lady of oak and left with kidneys failure and and infected leg which leads to her having to get her leg cut off. I don’t recommend this place. I visited my grandmother the room smells like facies she wasn’t cleaned up or well taken cared off. These people neglected my grandmother and I would never recommend this place. Smh. I’m looking into sueing if my grandmother dies because of their neglect. DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE !!!

The most depressing facility, you could leave a loved one. Staff are rude and disrespectful, and more preoccupied with phones than patients and their family.
