The only problem with Camelot, the floors are filthy. Really the floors through out the building is dirty. How the state doesn’t see this, please if your people is in there check on there tubing that inserts into the feeding always on that dirty floor. Please stop putting fabulous in the toilets that’s a no for state, especially in the rehabilitation rooms. Try to hire good house keepers the ones u have needs to go for real. It’s a beautiful facility but take care of it. Wonderful Nurses!!!!

A joke!! My mother is a resident here and has nothing but issues with this place. They steal out rooms, lose resident’s personal belongings ( prescription glasses/clothes) and can’t keep the place clean. It reeks of urine everywhere and good luck getting someone to your room when you call. Please find somewhere else to send your loved ones, especially if you truly care about their wellbeing. Luckily I come every day to ensure no major issues because it’s ridiculous!!

This place literally never has anyone ready to answer the phone. Every time I go I’m met with nurses that have no interest in talking. The receptionist doesn’t even make sure every person signs in which is incredibly dangerous. We ask about my mother’s care and NO ONE can ever speak to it! I’m beginning to think this place is like a damn trap. If anyone has a patient here, you may need to consider other options because from my experience this place is a nightmare

My father has been in and out of Magnolia Estates (now known as Camelot Rehabilitation at Magnolia Park) over the last several years. We feel lucky and relieved every time he is able to be admitted back here. All of the staff know his name and he tries to know theirs. He has become very comfortable there over the years and the staff really does try to do what they can to make their residents content. It has been difficult for everyone during these times of Covid-19, but the staff does their best to provide the families with updates and ways to keep in touch with their loved ones there.

Camelot rehabilitation at Magnolia park was a wonderful place to provide care for my aunt. The staff and therapy department were very involved in her care and gave their greatest efforts to bring her back to her level of care. They notified our family upon any changes or updates of information and showed their compassion throughout her stay. We are very gracious for the love and care that was provided at Camelot rehabilitation and would recommend this facility to others in our community.
