My mother has been in the bethany rehab side. The nursing staff is friendly but sometimes takes to long like over 45 minutes to get back to my mother. The are are understaffed as far as nursing and cna staff. However she loves the physical therapy people. If you visit a lot. Then they seem to take care of you family members more than when your now around as much

My mom has been a resident here for 5 years and the staff takes such loving care of her. She has become part of the Cornerstone family. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly to the residents and as a family member, they have always been friendly and welcoming to me. The nursing staff is excellent. They address my concerns and have a genuine sense of urgency when needed. I couldn’t ask for a better place! Thank you to all who have been there for my mom and for me. I love you all dearly….

My father in law was there. He was poorly taken care of. He was dropped and blamed for the fall. We were not notified and he was a quadriplegic. He was transferred to ICU without even a phone call. He died shortly after. David Klumb was his name and he deserved better being a veteran that served his country
