Shout out to the CNA, Samar! She’s is always so pleasant and helpful, even if she’s not assigned to the hall of my Uncle Joe’s room, she still offers assistance when she sees we are in need of help! Always going above and beyond! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Her heart is genuine and we can’t thank you enough! Thank God for such dedicated CNA’s, they do the bulk of the physical work and are paid the least. You all are valued and appreciated!

We want to express our sincere gratitude to everyone at Lakeside Health and Rehab Center for the wonderful care they gave our mother during the last 11 months of her life. Knowing that she was safe, comfortable, and cared for with kindness meant so much to our family. A special thank you to nurses Lisa and Claudia, who were absolutely wonderful. They treated our mother with compassion, patience, and genuine care, and it was clear that they truly cared about her well-being. We also appreciated the activities they provided for the residents. Our mother especially enjoyed participating in bingo and spending time coloring, which brought her happiness and helped keep her engaged. We truly believe our mother was happy there during her final months, and that gives our family great comfort. We are very thankful for the kindness and support shown to her.

My mother in law is at Lakeside Health and rehab and my husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this health and rehabilitation center. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine sense of care that immediately puts both patients and families at ease. The staff here are truly exceptional. Every team member goes above and beyond to ensure each patient feels valued, respected, and supported throughout their recovery journey. Their compassion is evident in every interaction, and their expertise provides confidence that you’re in the best possible hands. The facility itself is equally impressive. It is clean, and designed to promote comfort and recovery. The rooms are well-maintained, the common areas are welcoming, and the overall environment in general. It’s clear that a great deal of effort goes into maintaining high standards throughout the center. What truly sets this place apart is the combination of top-tier care and dedication. The team doesn’t just treat patients—they genuinely care about their well-being. I would highly recommend this rehabilitation center to anyone in need of quality care and a supportive, positive environment for recovery.

Lakeside Rehab was a supportive and caring place during my dad’s stay. Since I live out of state, I often had to advocate for him by phone and email, and the staff always kept me informed and ensured his needs were met. They provided regular updates and helped prepare him for a successful discharge home. A special thank you to Wini for her consistent communication and progress updates. I also truly appreciate Rhonda, Natia, Jay, and CNAs Bobbi and Ms. Durden for your unwavering care and dedication.
