I recently visited Lakeside as part of my pastoral duties. Upon entering the facility I was very impressed with how the receptionist greeted me. As I walked through the hallway, I noticed the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff. That goes without saying, my visit was very satisfactory.

A great experience with the staff at Lakeside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Jacksonville. The facility was clean, professional, and the team truly cared about the patients and families. Everyone was attentive, compassionate, and willing to help whenever needed. A special shoutout to Rebecca for going above and beyond. She was kind, patient, and made a stressful time so much easier with her positive attitude and support. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she works with. I highly recommend Lakeside Center for anyone looking for quality rehabilitation and compassionate care.

I would like to say I just had a love discharge from this facility. The care provided by nursing and therapy services were amazing. I would recommend Lakeside again as the team was very professional and efficient in their roles. I have dealt with nursing home before and never had such a positive experience. Keep up the great work, and I look forward to spreading this positive feedback.

My dad stays at lakeside (John Gibson ) he’s been here for over 3 years. Experiences have been good. Friendly staff and Administration is very attentive and friendly. Always takes care of any concerns or needs for my father 😊

I ws there for 11 days . I arrived about 8:30 pm on Monday,it seemed ok. Tuesday morning they showed their true colors. I called about 6:45a to ask for bed pan because I am an amputee and unable get up and walk to the bathroom at this time. It took them about and hour before they answered the call light. Then I was told I would to wait because the were passing out trays. I couldn't eat because my stomach was hurting.. After finally got me a bed pan I waited an hour and a half for them to answer the light again. Most of the Nurses act like it's beneath them to put someone on or get someone off a bed pan . Most of the CNA'S act like you're disturbing them. They're are a few Nurses and CNA'S that will help without an attitude. They ignore some older patients that are calling out for help. That place is like Doom and Gloom. The only good I can say about it is they have an excellent Therapy Department and an excellent Activities Director. Please if you're in need of a Rehabilitation Facility, PLEASE DON'T SEND Your love one there.
