I have been in their care sense early April and still in it now in the middle of July. Julia has been my primary care giver. I have had others from time to time that were all good. Mrs.Julia however has been Exceptional with the level of care, her attitude and her knowledge !!!! I feel that I'm opening the door for an "Angel" 3 times a week when she gets here.

My husband had a brain shunt surgery at UFH. This operation requires an MRI ever so often to insure the proper pressure of releasing fluid from the brain. A card from the maker of the shunt that has necessary info for future MRIs is supposed to be given to the patient or responsible person, this was not done. I am unable to get a new/or replacement card. No one seems to have it and it can not be replaced. My husband needs open heart surgery and the doctor wants the card so he knows what medical needs are necessary before hand. Everyone wants to do a verbal ok for the MRI which the heart doctor doesn't want to do. UFH has not helped me in getting the informant needed.

Rooms are very dirty, they didn't get me any food in hours (they just forgot) and when I called a nurse for help no one was showing up for at least 30-45 minutes.

My wife went to see an optometrist and they was all unprofessional to her , and told her you are too young to have that problem and did not continue testing ... Smh..

Tower 1 floor 5 suite 513 what a joke why make an appointment they mean nothing they never go by your appointment time the average wait is approx 2 hours with an appointment.
