Why are there no pictures of the inside of this place? Very Concerning . Outside pictures only do not tell the ugly story of the inside. I honestly do not believe that there have been ANY upgrades in a very very long time and I’m speaking from personal experience and seeing for my own 2 eyes. Highly do not recommend this place to anyone. After getting my family home and inventorying his belongings he was only give back 1 pair of shorts, 1 shirt and one pair of sweats ( which they had him dressed in a pair of sweats that where women’s size M. My family member wears a size Xl). Family member was sent there with 2 pair of sweats, 14 pair of gym shorts ( brand new), 14 t- shirts ( brand new) , brand new shoes and brand new slippers and was sent out with basically NOTHING! I’m beyond livid. And I might add ALL there things where packed in bags with there name on it! The ( closet designated for my family member was also used for the other 2 people ) in a cramped small room. Theft must be a requirement.

I was here unfortunately. I got sent back to the hospital twice. Once was because my trachea needed to be changed, I got back to the hospital and they noticed that I had bad wounds so they fix that. Couple weeks later I went back and they had given everything I had owned away. About 2 months later they were checking my blood and my hemoglobin was three so they rushed me back to the hospital and noticed my wound care was horrible. To the point that I was septic and almost died. They told me that if I had not come back I would have been dead in the next day or 2. I didn't say anything the actual staff of the hospital called social services on them to have them investigated. He came back and told me all everything had been dropped because they talked to the nurses and the nurses said there wasn't any problem. THE NURSES AND THE CNA AND THE DOCTORS ARE THE PROBLEM. The doctor the day before I got sent back I just looked at my back and I said no it was better it was fine. I think the front office does act professionally, and I think the physical therapy people do act professionally, but the nurses have to go and the CNAs. When I came back the second time to the hospital they actually sent notice to the hospital to let me know I was no longer welcome there. THANK GOD. I sent relatives there to pick up the little bit that I did acquire since the last time I had left and they had given all my stuff away again. I'd only been gone three days this time and they had given all my belongings away. This place is horrible please don't do this to a family member if you truly love them

I am very impressed with the CNA Sessions , Speech Therapist Alex and the Nurses Kahlia and Millie. They have all been a blessing for my son's care. Olivia the Dr is amazing as well. They are all angels in scrubs.I give those 5 stars. The reason I gave 1 star is bc everyone else doesn't care at all about the patients. They sit at nurses station on Tiktok. They almost killed my son. The CNAs never would give him a bath or repositioned him or anything.

Overall, I found the front desk administrators to be friendly and professional, which made a positive impression. The person I was visiting also spoke highly of a specific nurse who entered the room. She seemed to have a great deal of respect for her, and it was clear that this nurse’s demeanor and professionalism made a meaningful impact. The only factor that influenced my overall rating was the building's infrastructure, which could benefit from some updates. For example, the walls on the patient floor areas could be repainted, and more aesthetically pleasing artwork or decorations could be placed in the hallways and patient rooms. These changes could help bring a more modern and uplifting feel to the facility, replacing the dated 1950s look that has characterized it for so long.
