I had wonderful care while I was here, the employees were wonderful. Wish I could name them all! Thank you! My only complaint would be they need better foods diabetics.

I had the pleasure of having both my maternal grandmother and paternal grandfather stay at Jacksonville Nursing and Rehab Center, and I was truly impressed with the level of care they received. The staff was attentive and willing to go above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being. It gave me great peace of mind knowing that any concern was addressed quickly and with genuine care. I’m grateful for the support and dedication shown to my family during their time there.

The facility is clean and the staff is cheerful and polite. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. We went to visit a resident here during the ice cream social and there was music and plenty of ice cream for everyone, including us!

We moved my Aunt here from Georgia 2 years ago and the care has been AMAZING! So much so that even after our family had to move out of state, my Aunt stayed because she knew her care wouldn’t be the same. Dr Covington Director of Jax Rehab, is on top of any issue that needs to be addressed! She even made sure to insure that the key to beauty shop is available so I can do my Aunt’s hair lovingly like I used to do at home. Culinary director is also FANTASTIC! We surprised my Aunt with a visit, and was so happy to see fresh fruit and a beautiful salad with her dinner. Healthy options and not all processed! The Culinary director (I think her name is Ms. Cruz) listened to our request and makes sure to provide low inflammatory diet for my Aunt even when nobody is there to oversee. Social services also went above and beyond when we had to replace her broken glasses! Kudos for their help! Karaoke is fun too They work hard to keep it clean! Very grateful.Thank you❤️

The dining experience for your loved one at this facility is like going to an upscale restaurant. The employees take the resident orders and serve them just like a restaurant. Also, the facility is extremely clean and the employees seem happy and engaged with the residents they serve.. There’s a lot of laughter and joy here. The administrator has put a lot of effort into revitalizing this facility and if you haven’t been here lately, you should come. The leadership is evident here. It’s great to be able to write a five star review for a nursing home. Well done!
