I moved into Lake Place last June and I am very happy with the decison I made. I was relocating back to MN and found Lake Place in my search for a place to live. Once I contacted Laura, the Manager, we set up a virtual tour and she showed me around and showed me the apartment I'd eventually choose. She answered all my questions and she was able to get all the paperwork I needed to sign in a few easy steps, as I was still living in another state.<br>Laura, Eddie, who does our maintenance and Mary Ann who cleans our common areas are all easy to talk to and are very professional and exceptional at what they do. They truly only want the best for everyone who chooses to live here.<br>It's nice to have the community we have at Lake Place, many friendships have been made with the social events we have.<br>Lake Place is also a community where everyone looks out for one another and helps one another if needed. People that live here care about each other, which is very important to me.<br>I am glad I found Lake Place and very happy I live here.

Lake place is a very good place to live. We have been here since last June 1st. It has been a very positive experience for the 2 of us.<br>Some past reviews have been horrible, making lots of accusations without any proof. The 2 reviews I read were nothing but plenty of falsehoods. There are no peeping toms living here and nobody peers into our apartment. These are folks who are hiding behind their computer screens that will not identify themselves. These folks obviously would not be happy at any apartment.<br>Our manager, Laura is very much on the ball and solves any and all issues we bring up. She is kind, considerate, cordial and gets to the bottom of any issue. We however are very much engaged with her to help whenever we can. She does NOT sit on her hands in her office and frequently we see her cleaning up something when no one else is available.<br>This whole property is smoke free and anyone who breaks the rules are dealt with by management. I have never smelled cigarette or weed smoke in this entire building and I walk the halls for exercise every day. The police have been called when necessary to handle more serious issues which are rare. Any and all serious behavior is dealt with immediately. They simply do not put up with rule breakers and neither do we.<br>We have made countless Friends here and enjoy our retirement here. There are many things to do here that are too numerous to mention. You can be engaged in as much as you want or stay private as well.<br>In closing we are completely happy here at Lake Place. Ask for a tour of Lake Place Apartments, Laura will accommodate you and you will see what we see here as a positive and inviting place to live.<br>Mark Rettig
