Trouvaille is a special place! Friendly, professional, and most of all, compassionate staff. From when Mom moved in, to when she passed, Trouvaille was there for her (and us). Also, staff turnover seems low, which speaks volumes for the work environment created by management. Bless You Trouvaille!

When we were looking for care for our mom, we wanted something with low staff turnover, end of life care, and a beautiful, warm, safe place. Trouvaille has all these things and more. Trouvaille was so amazing with her and our family. It is hard to find a place that retains staff. Trouvaille's staff is compassionate, caring, and has been employed there for years. When telling care providers where our mom was, many told us we were lucky to have her at Trouvaille.

It feels like my family members are caring for Mom. The staff knows us by name when we visit and they always know where Mom is located in that moment. Their interactions with Mom are always kind and competent. The leadership is superb; the low staff turnover confirms the culture is based on serving their residents as family. I always rest well at night knowing that Mom is in good hands.

My mom has been a resident at Trouvaille Memory Care Suites for the past 3 years, and I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care she receives. And the peace of mind I have knowing she is cared for 24/7. From the moment she moved in, the staff at Trouvaille have demonstrated genuine compassion and dedication. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure my mother's comfort and well-being. The facility itself is warm and inviting, and the beautiful back patio provides a lovely outdoor space for residents to enjoy in all seasons. The daily activities offer stimulating and engaging experiences. I highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a loving and supportive environment for their loved ones with memory care needs. We thoroughly researched options, and after touring Trouvaille, I immediately requested to be placed on the waitlist. I am extremely grateful that my mom is now a resident here.
