I’ll be honest. I had 24hours of an opinion of this place. My mother went there for rehab after 2 weeks in the hospital. Within 12 hours they called asking for her funeral arrangements. We didn’t send her there to die. We sent her there to be cared for and get physical therapy to be returned back home.

Each room is double occupancy. They have one shared shower area for 20 people. Bathes happen 2x a week. There is 1 nurse and 3 CNAs for 20 patients.

This is a place where old people go to die. Not a place where someone should ever go for Rehab. And that should not be included in the name.

1/2 star out of 10. Would not recommend.

My mother had three skilled nursing stays for therapy after medical procedures. After our first time, we were convinced no other place would do. Last year we needed her on long-term with hospice, I knew this is where she was comfortable. She loved Bible Study, arts and crafts and everyone on staff. They knew her by name and we never had a complaint . Total of four stays until she passed and I can say they became family! Wished my father would have this type of care! I will always tell people who ask about short or long term care this is the place your loved one will be in good hands!

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS PLACE, I REPEAT DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS PLACE. I wish I had someone to warn me back when my family member was sent here but I didnt, so I want to help and warn as many people as I can to save them from the things my family went through. My loved one was neglected in a way that was so bad they ended up with a bed sore so bad it rotted all the way down to their sacral bone, all the concerns that the family had were ignored every last one of them. Also my loved one was basically starved to death the feeding tube they had to have wasn't even functioning properly and no one even took the time to fix the problem. There were more issues I do not wish to share but I hope this helps others.😢

Visit and old friend today 10/31/25 in hospice. The staff I encountered were very pleasant and kind. I was there for about 2 hours and multiple staff members came in and checked on Thora and made sure she was comfortable and she had everything she needed. The facility was decorated for Halloween and many resident were enjoying the birds and conversation in the community area.

No supplies for daughters fishula, not giving her pain medications as needed. She is a cancer patient. Not monitoring her blood pressure and allowing it to drop to low. Doctor not communicating as requested.
