My brother had a bad fall in the bathroom and you would think they would notice before the fall. My brother has congestion heart failure and heart problems.. his nurse amanda I spoke with on the phone was terrible.. even my brother told me on the phone she has been very rude ..and she was even rude to me on the phone .. like she didnt even care that I wanted the charge nurse to go in and talk to my brother.. she's on the north side .
