BARIATRICS to BARELY moving!!

Apr 2025

via Google

I have been with this place for 2 years and they suddenly drop me without even talking to me claiming the nurse had problems with her home and could no longer see me then they told my doctor that they no longer took my insurance and it was lie after lie after lie but what it really was is the administrator there or whoever the woman is Ashley that's in charge she didn't like me, my nurse said she didn't care for her either, funny.... This ' administrator' said some things about me she didn't realize I knew she was saying , because i was sitting there listening while she was on the phone with my PT that did in home visits. so when I said something to her about it she didn't like it she basically told my physical therapist that was coming to my home that I can go see someone outside I drive I'm okay there's nothing wrong with me, I'm NEVER HOE anyway!! No because im always in the hospital , not out partying!! Smh...and so they're just a bunch of liars however the nursing staff that came to see me was very good people one lady actually saved my life it was just the office professionalism was very unprofessional very ghetto at best. So if you're looking for care don't get comfortable they'll drop you at any minute. And that's fine but to lie and not have a conversation with me about not being able to take my insurance and just pass me off to the next seller was what I couldn't get through in my mind very unprofessional. They told me my nurse has something wrong with her house and she couldn't see me which she told me that she had no idea that was going on so that means they lied. Because of them I haven't had a nurse in 2 weeks!! I have a PICC so that means someone has to regulate it at least once a week. Smh. Ashley didn't care about my wellbeing, only about her personal feelings toward me.
