This place has came a long way. I am very excited to see where they may end. Erica & Hannah are great for their positions. I haven’t been in here since 2020 but they had expanded the building. They even have physical therapy for the patients in the building .

Haven has just moved into this new role and is making giant strides in improvement of not only the building and staff but residence morale which is so important!!!! Love to see the positive changes headed in this positive direction!

From the moment you walk through the doors, you're greeted by a warm, welcoming environment that truly feels like a home. The residents are joyful, engaged, and surrounded by people who genuinely care about their well-being. It is clear that creating meaningful connections and memorable experiences is a top priority! One of the most exciting improvements has been the complete revamp of the dining program. Residents are now enjoying a wider variety of fresh, flavorful meals that provide both comfort and choice, making mealtime something to look forward to each day!! With a new dedicated leadership team and an Activities Director who all pour love, support and compassion into the lives of residents each day, Highlands of Cartersville has become a lovely community where seniors can truly feel at home. The passion and commitment of the staff are reflected in the smiles of the residents, making this a special place to visit and be a part of.
