You have some of the nicest staff. We have the one CNA Anslena Blake. She is one very sweet and helpful CNA’s at Cartersvillecenters. But she stood out. She go’s the extra mile for all she helps take care of. And they need more like Anslena, Corney, Pam, Anna ,and so many more

If I could give 0 stars I would .. This place is literally a JOKE ! It is definitely not sanitary, everytime I would go see my loved one it smelt awful inside and out. They don’t take care of there patients. I’m pretty sure they will just hire anyone here smh. Please get your loved ones out of this place 🥺

Very clean, I’ve seen Sidney interact with the residents and how much he cares for them. The staff shows how much they truly care for the residents needs. Just an over all great atmosphere.

This place took such great care of my husband while he was there. Always sparkley clean and each staff member would greet us with a smile. Big shout out to the administration, Jason is so personable- he calls each patient by name. He even gave me his personal contact number and encouraged me to contact him anytime. A situation came up where I did need to talk to him, and he called me back immediately. You can tell the employees enjoy being there! Only great things to say!!

The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because of 2 people, Al and Joyce! If it wasn’t for them, my dad would have been even more miserable than he was. I hope Al and Joyce get some recognition because they were the only 2 people who gave honest care for my dad. They always greeted me and were friendly. Al made sure my dad’s bed was made when he would go to his physical therapy which was so kind. Joyce always came and talked to my dad and gave such a loving presence and always made sure he was clean and was getting all the care he needed. I deeply appreciate both of them more than they will ever know. If they see this, Dennis really appreciates everything from you guys and misses you! Now, down to the reasons this place really deserves no stars. This place has an odor like no other. My grandmother lived in a nursing home until she died, and I never smelled it like this facility. The smell will knock you on your feet. All the equipment is outdated. The wheelchairs are so old and heavy it’s hard to load into your vehicle when taking your loved one to appointments outside the facility. The night I dropped my dad off, I cried the whole way home because the energy in there was so off. I saw many nurses ignoring other patients when they would be screaming, literally screaming out of their rooms for help. My dads roommate woke him up in the middle of the night on Christmas Eve screaming that he was going to kill him and was acting belligerent. My dad called me in a panic begging me to come get him. It was midnight and I was on my way when he called and said they were going move the other patient out of the room. I was expecting some kind of manager, head of staff, somebody, to call me and explain the situation and assure me it was taken care of. That did not happen. Instead, I had to reach out to the facility, which the kind young girl at the front office gave me Jason Blalocks personal number I could call because I was panicked about this volatile patient who threatened my dad was going to be placed back in his room. Jason did take my call and assured me this patient and my dad would not share a room again but I felt as if I should have been contacted versus me having to make all the effort. Thankfully my dad is home now which is why I am leaving this review. Forever grateful to Al and Joyce. Stephanie and Jasmine, the social workers, also angels! The sweet young girl at the front office I mentioned is also amazing. Other than these few people, I really don’t have much nice to say about this place.
