Communication is very bad. My family also had trouble geting clear answers from staff. We kept waiting to hear back from a person who was always waiting on a nurse for health and medical questions, but calls and emails were not returnd. We were told that a main director of assisted living would get back to us. Still waiting. We are trying to find a place for our step dad and kept geting stuck in phone tag. I stopped in to get a tour and get questions answerd, but I overherd the front desk person talk about a bed bug situation. I left and did not go back. Not a good experiance.

As a family member of a resident, this has not been the experience we were promised. Management—especially the executive director—showed a noticeable lack of compassion and poor communication during the move-in process. It felt more like a transaction than a transition, and the expectations set by the sales woman did not match reality. False promises Since then, I’ve overheard staff openly discussing being short-staffed, underpaid, and unsupported. There also seems to be very little meaningful activity for residents—most of what I see is people sitting around, eating, and watching TV. That’s not the quality of life families are led to expect. It’s concerning to hear that proper staffing isn’t “in the budget” when residents depend on consistent care. Overall, the reality here falls far short of what was presented to our family.

I liked the fact that the rooms are located on the main level, and there's no stove in the rooms. Also, the level of care my Dad would receive. Praying he's able to make it his forever home. Staff is very welcoming and wanted to know my father's traits and history. I also need stability for Dad, a worry free living space. Help with laundry, cleaning, showering. What a relief it would be, and especially help with his medications. Thank you, and Thank you, Jesus!

Friendly staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Clean and beautiful lobby. Very comfortable atmosphere.

Good luck trying to get a response from them. They don't answer the phone nor do they respond through their website.
