Heritage Lake Country Senior Living

Heritage Lake Country is a senior living community in Hartland, Wisconsin, offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Enhanced Assisted Living, and Memory Care across 124 units. Opened in 2017, the community allows residents to age in place as their care needs evolve.

Enhanced Assisted Living provides additional physical and medical assistance with 24/7 staffing and a full-time licensed nurse.

The community employs Vayyar Care technology for fall detection with immediate caregiver alerts, and TrueLoo smart bathroom systems to monitor resident health and well-being. Memory Care serves residents with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, offering 24-hour compassionate care, personalized nutrition and wellness programs, and medication monitoring. The Memory Care environment features an uncomplicated design with a safe garden courtyard and furnished or unfurnished studio and one-bedroom suites with private bathrooms.

Heritage Lake Country offers amenities including a warm-water pool, on-site therapy, and a movie theater with club seating.
