Avoid at all costs putting your loved ones in this rehab nursing center. The nurses aides are the worst and are NOT available after midnight. Will NOT answer your call light. They must all find a spot to hide out, sleep or put on their fake eyelashes. Terrible service. Much better places out there than this nightmare..

I live in heritage health care myself and others consider this one of the best nursing homes. The staff , both management and aids are very friendly and know their jobs well.<br>We have a new administrator Meagan Wilson and she is simply wonderful she works with all departments even in scrubs with the STNA's serving breakfast to us. I'm sure in my heart she will fix anything that needs fixing and all will be perfect again.

My mom is Lesley Barnes she is a resident of you place.She has been cared for with such compation and care.They respect their resident and care deeply for them.I was so Amazing how they all great them as they walk by.wishing them good morning and good day.I come and Go day and night to see my mom.I SLEEP GOOD AT NIGHT KNOWING SHE IS CARED FOR .PT, OT.Outstanding. The staff was great, but the place smelled like urine. The food was not good. There were times that I ordered from the alternative menu I got something different than ordered.
