Care is 100% sub Par. Mother went in on Monday for rehab if ankle break and Died Friday. Breathing issues, bathroom assistance, general assisted care was not given. Details of her passing do not point to assisted care nor rehabilitation. Would not leave a goldfish in the care of this facility as there is no care.
