My mother has lived here for a little over a year. Things were much better when Kristi and John worked here. Kristi was kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about the residents. She made the community feel like home while still managing the demands of a corporation that often seems more focused on policies and profits than people. She did an excellent job balancing resident needs with corporate expectations. Unfortunately, there are several ongoing issues that prospective residents should consider before signing a lease. First, parking is a significant problem. If you have family and friends who visit regularly, this may not be the place for you. There are only a handful of unassigned parking spaces on the entire property. Residents must go through a lengthy process to obtain an assigned parking space, and even then, parking can be challenging. Visitors often struggle to find a place to park. I honestly question how this parking plan was ever approved. If you own more than one vehicle, or if you are a married couple with two cars, be prepared for additional challenges and expenses. Unless you pay extra for a garage space, parking can become a daily frustration. Another design flaw is the lack of a convenient drop-off and pick-up area at the front entrance. A circular drive or roundabout would have made much more sense, especially for a community serving residents age 55 and older. What I find most frustrating is the contradiction in the property's design and policies. On one hand, management seems to assume that residents over 55 will have only one vehicle and limited transportation needs. On the other hand, residents are expected to walk considerable distances from parking areas, shovel snow, and navigate stairs whenever the building's single elevator is out of service. While there are positive aspects of the community, the parking situation, accessibility concerns, and rigid policies have created unnecessary challenges for residents and their families. These issues should be carefully considered before choosing to live here.

The apartment was nice that I was visiting. A few design things that I didn't agree with. You could have put the washer/dryer in the full bath when the shelves were and still had a shower in main suite. It's rude to make the owner go across the unit to shower. The light over the dining table could have been moved over 12 inches so it would be centered over the table. But my biggest problem is there is no visitors parking in the front of the building. I'm handicapped and those spots were all taken. I cannot park in the far back and be made to walk all the way around. And the spots in the back are not visibly marked visitors parking. You should take those 4-5 spots up front next to the garage on the right as visitors parking. After all the owners have keys to all doors. Last, it was rude, my friend pushed button for the elevator and it never came. She had to walk down, lucky she could, I could not have done that. When I left, I pushed the button and when it came it was full of garbage cans. Do you not have a freight elevator for those. When it came back it smelled of garbage. What a shame for a new building for seniors that could work so nicely to have things that need corrected. This is my second time to this building and both times the handicapped parking is full. You should make sure these are not residents occupying those spots. But you really need visitor parking in the front

This is the perfect place for my mom, and I have been searching quite a lot. It is a beautiful place with all the safety features she needs, yet she can live independently. Kristi is more than a property manager. She is everyone's friend and makes sure they are all taken care of. It makes me feel better knowing that she is there for my mom AND for me too! She excels at what she does, and I could not have asked for a better person to watch over everything. Kristi should be listed under amenities!

Moved in July 2024 and love it. The property manager Kristi makes everything perfect. Always available if you have questions. I have seen her on weekends with door closed working. She thinks I do not know. lol. I also have to mention John our maintenance man. Always bustling around the building getting to requests, etc. It is really nice to have reliable and caring workers here. With no worries. Myself I have never had issues here, I feel very safe and everyone is very welcoming.
