It's a bit outdated, but the staff is friendly and very helpful, despite being a bit understaffed at times. They offer a wide variety of activities and post them, and distribute a daily newsletter with everything going on, encouraging all to participate, but never aggressively for those who are more introverted.

The food is really good and they are accommodating to personal dietary preferences and restrictions. Pets are allowed in the rooms, but not in the inside common areas, which makes perfect sense. They have a few enclosed courtyards with seating so you can sit outside on nicer days and benches around the property.

They have staff on hand for rehabilitation for OT and PT, as well as speech and cognitive therapy. There's nurses and aides on each shift, plenty of parking, locked doors after hours for security, and nurses stations in each section. I will mention that it is confusing to visitors upon the first arrival, because there really isn't a reception desk to offer assistance on where to go, so make sure you call before getting there.

Overall I give it an average rating; it's not top-level and it certainly isn't a lower-level of care facility, but it is a safe place to be at.

I am a current resident here. Once settling in I found the staff to be more than qualified and competent to render care and to help sick and elderly or those with any nursing need. I would encourage you if you have a need for therapy post-hospitalization, respite care, or long term geriatric care CareCore would be the place for you to invest in!
