As our manager, Morgan is doing a fine job. Her daily automated phone calls keep us up -to -date with activities scheduled as well as current status with any inspections due. We are a friendly community and Morgan promotes that with an “open door “ , ready to listen and giving suggestions as to new activities. Our building is kept clean and in reoair

Moved in 4 years ago after selling our home. Morgan, the building manager, works at keeping up with requests from residents and introducing ideas for community involvement. The area is conveniently close to stores & restaurants. Residents are mostly friendly & helpful. It is our home now & are pleased with our apartment.
