Moved here into a 2 bedroom apt in January 2021. Love it!! Very quiet. Friendly neighbors. Love the in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher. Spacious kitchen. Large bedrooms and bathroom. Can't wait to sit out on the balcony enjoying some lemonade reading a book. They have a big community room and two spacious rooms one with a pool table and games for gatherings with family and for the residents. Fitness room! A very nice patio on the main level outside the community room. Pam the property manager is very nice and knowledgeable and James the property maintenance guy is cool!

I have lived here since it opened a year ago, August 1, 2016 and have renewed my lease for another year. I would not consider living anywhere else. I love it here. Everyone is very friendly including the manager Vicki Gibbons and maintenance James. If you have a problem even a burned out light bulb it gets fixed right away. The property inside and out is impeccable and very well maintained. They have activities for the residents and they treat us like family. This is not just an apartment IT IS HOME!

Love living here. Brand new building new appliances energy efficient and close to shopping at Southland and Shoppes at Parma. Oh yes love love the in suite washer and dryer!! Friendly people living here. Activities are also fun.
