I was in Heritage Healthcare of Lyndhurst skilled nursing facility for 3 month or so .I liked the staff , everyone is very nice and paitient.I would definitely recommend this facility to others.Specialy , thank you to all the staff .

My husband spent 5 weeks in this SNF primarily for rehab. I met with the administrator, Angela, prior to his admission & she was highly knowledgeable & transparent re: services provided & I was able to tour the facility prior to his admission. His room was large & clean & the staff was friendly & responsive to his needs. The therapy provided was in his room or the dept on a daily basis. Staff was generally available for questions. I would recommend this facility for rehab & care prior to transitioning to the home setting .

Great facility would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for long term or skilled care. The nurses were nice to me and greeted me with smiles.

Embassy of Lyndhurst is a great facility. They treat my mom great and help her with all her needs. They take that extra pressure off me know that they take great care of my mother and the communication is great as well

THIS FACILITY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. Visited a loved one, they had the head of the bed down and his legs up so he couldn't get out of the bed. CNA had on street clothes. Never saw the nurse in my 45-minute visit. The CNA working told my family to take him home, they were just taking our money, which was an inappropriate conversation to have with us, in the presence of their resident. I had a resident tell me how to hit the buzzer to get out the building. EMBASSY OF LYNDHURTS IS A SMELLY, OUTDATED, UNDERSTAFFED TERRIBLE PLACE. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS FACILITY!
