Heritage Hall took very good care of my mom over the past few weeks as she recuperated from a brief illness. At every turn, each functional area (nursing, physical/occupational/speech therapy, personal care, activities, kitchen/dietician, housekeeping and administrative) is staffed with highly skilled, kind, considerate, cheerful and caring people, most of whom have been employed there for 5, 10 or 15 years or more. The communication and continuity between staff members is excellent, and my mom felt safe and cared for at all times. The activities are well-curated, fun and engaging, with something for everyone. There are even occasional group outings which give a chance to practice using a walker or wheel chair in real life. The meals are appetizing and very well prepared, with plenty of alternatives for the picky eater. The chef(s) really know how to cook healthy and good-tasting food. Also the rooms and common areas are very clean and sanitary at all times which is obviously critical in such a busy health care setting. We are really grateful for the excellent care my mom received at Heritage Hall.

My wife has been admitted to Heritage Hall on three separate occasions and I have been admitted once after a near death experience from covid in 2021. The compassion and attentiveness that my wife and I received each day was absolutely outstanding. The employees including the Social Services Director, the techs, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, cleaning staff and front desk personnel could not have been more respectful and caring. You feel like you can leave the facility after a visit and know that your family member is safe and getting great care. They all work as a team and it certainly shows. We are so grateful to Heritage Hall personnel for helping my wife and I recover from our illnesses and be able to go home. A very special thank you to Andy, Jennifer, Ninabee, Manisha, Heather, Sunshine :), Dulce, Mildred,Tawana, Elvie, Bambi and Ingrid!! If you are in need of a rehab center whether for a few weeks or to become a permanent resident, please visit Heritage Hall before making your decision. Sincerely, Larry and Brenda

My dad spent over a month at Heritage Hall. He received very good care and made progress towards his goals. Specifically we were very pleased with the nurses, OT/PT, care aides, cleaning staff, and social workers. I think the upper management could communicate a little better when issues come up, but generally it was a good stay. The facility is very clean and has a nice garden outside. Nursing homes are always better when you can advocate for your loved ones, but I think HH is better than most!

Wonderful staff!! I have been very pleased with the care and friendly environment here. It is an older facility but, that doesn’t detract from the cleanliness or freshness at the facility. The housekeeping and nursing staff work continuously to maintain this environment. Also, there is a beautiful flower garden in the center of the facility. It provides a place for patients and family members to enjoy quietness in this open tranquil area of beauty. Thank you for the opportunity to share my thoughts with you. Lynn

I am a companion to a patient who currently lives at Heritage Hall. I have observed the care she has received over the past 9 months and have been thoroughly impressed. From the sweet cleaning lady and maintenance man BUSTER to her awesome CNA Fred and nurse Bebe, these people are rock stars. They genuinely care for their patients and go above and beyond. My client has been well cared for and happy there. They provide fun activities (the activities staff are so kind) and are very responsive to her needs. Any time I go to the desk to sign her out I am greeted by sweet Kimberly ready to help me. The people in the lunchroom are awesome as well. Seriously, the facility may not be the newest and the shiniest, but it is clean and the care is top-notch. Highly recommend.
