Worked with the company for a couple weeks. In the beginning customer service was good as days went on started to see them Tiara and Tanneshia rude customer service asked to not be sent to certain areas (projects) still sent me. Send you out to people sometimes don’t even know your coming 3 of my “clients” didn’t like the company just was with them because of medicaid purposes. Stated they were “rude” , “ghetto” , “sent anybody to people’s homes without any support want you to come in knowing even if it’s your first time don’t care to ask during interviews process nor show you how to help certain patients with certain disabilities. Long as you apply for the job and get hired they’ll send to you to somebody second day. Overall don’t recommend the company (Homewood) location. I loved my clients, but the company is a no for me.

This company has very loving and caring people that take care of others loved ones. They always have great energy and respectful of clients as well as their families! Highly recommend them to anyone needing care for a loved one.
