I’m addressing this issue now, Wednesday last week my Mother was admitted. My family members have yet to see a doctor regarding my mom’s health . Everything is being texted to whoever the doctor is ? There is no record of who doctor or names of nurses are visible on board in the room . We’ve had one female nurse that was not helpful when it came to needs of changing my mom’s pooped diaper. The other nurses have been somewhat helpful as much as they could be . My sister and brother both asked for a remote for her TV to the nurse on staff that evening. Friday no answer maintenance man . Why wasn’t This told that family members often take the remotes home ? Seems all the rooms have televisions but not one is on? Seems strange ! My main concern is the doctor it takes forever to get answers on test ran and now she had to be transferred due to pneumonia. The bed she was on also had to be requested she have an air mattress she has MS. We were told we have to supply that? I tried calling asking for administrator requesting to get my mom’s items left . The receptionist kept putting me on hold . Told me different times he would be in and would not give me her name ?she first said he would be in at 8;30, 9:30 then maybe 10-10:30 why all this and When asked kept putting me on hold til I had to go back to work. This needs to be handle more professionally one person being lazy not want to do their job makes this whole place a bad place to want to send sick individuals.

These good reviews cannot be accurate . From my experience and what I've seen it has been the complete opposite. Don't bring your loves ones here. And if they are here please work on getting them out as soon as possible.

This facility has been a true godsend to our family. The care my father receives is far beyond anything we could have imagined. He was previously in another facility where the experience was terrible—he was neglected and not properly cared for. Seeing how the staff at Harmony treats him brings us so much peace and happiness, knowing he is genuinely well cared for and even a little spoiled at times (which he loves). This is a wonderful place for your loved one, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

I’m so happy Shamara was able to get my grandma admitted. It was becoming very challenging to care for her. I was a bit scared but I knew it was a great place the way she communicated throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Harmony Care!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their patients. The quality of service is top notch if I had to choose a facility this would be first priority.
