I received great care from all the staff at Solero. From housekeeping and maintenance, to the CNA's, Nurses and Doctors. Rehab staff always doing their best to get us healthy again, as did the dietitians.
Thank you again for all your help in getting me healthy again.
J.LeVeck

from our first day there, we had a slight issue with a second shift nurse, but management was prompt and decisive to rectify the situation and we are very pleased with the professional manner in which it was handled. We look forward to the rehab and process of getting my wife the help she needs at the skilled nursing facility. thank you

This facility in for the most part well kept and clean with a nice cozy esthetic, generally pleasing in terms of feel and visual appearance. However, the one concern I have encountered personally when it comes to the set up and layout of the facility is the exit / no exit signs displayed on and above doors while exploring the grounds with my loved one it seemed as if every time we approached a door that clearly stated Exit we were told that that door was not an Exit and in finally seeking assistance in getting to the out door garden area attended for guest was then directed to use doors that where boldly marked as No Exit doors??? This seemed to me to be something that could very easily confuse many of those having to reside at this facility temporarily. On another note while staff is certainly polite enough over all I do wish they were more attentive with those in trusted into their care when it comes to bedside hygienic services and mental health. I find it completely unacceptable that when staff is informed that a Patient is currently sitting in our own waist after having an accident to be told that they are sorry the person who is to attend that hallway is currently on lunch break! This is when employees should expected to step up and address the issue and take care of the guest and or patients needs not allow them to continue to sit and waste while said informed staff members continue to casually stand and chitchat in the hallway with no other immediate issues, eating their attention. That is unhygienic , unsanitary and flat out unprofessional in medical and health field And should not be tolerated!

*****
SIDE NOTE: Mr. John you are the exception and absolutely amazing thank you for all you do for our loved ones and caring for them on the daily. You are beyond appreciated and a true angle!!
