It was a pretty good visit. Every time I go the place is very clean, well kept. The staffs are usually very kind and understanding. They respect and care about the patients and the visitors. I can see the warmth and care in their attitude.

So far so good. The facility is beautiful, smells good and clean. The staff is ON IT and professional! We were at another facility and the difference right off the bat is night and day. A special thanks to Angelica and Jessica who made transferring my dad such a breeze. They navigated the medical aspects for me and transportation. I honestly am just so grateful and relieved. I even had a chance to see the night staff spring into action when tending to a patient. The nurse Tangela ran to take care of this patient to make sure she was safe. We shared a giggle at how fast she ran. She expressed deep love for her job and her patients. This was so reassuring for me. This whole process has really been difficult....but I'm finally feeling like I can breathe. We are excited for what the future holds at Cypress Pointe.

My Father-In-Law is a resident here and the care that they take to make sure their residents are well cared for is amazing. Immediatly at check-in you get your temperature checked and are asked a series of questions regarding your health. Everyone is very accommodating and treat my family well.
