I can’t say enough good things about Harmony at Douglasville. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of.<br><br>The facility is beautiful, clean, and has a warm atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. What really stood out to me, though, was the way the staff treated us—with patience, respect, and compassion.<br><br>It’s clear that the people here truly care about the residents and their families, and that means a lot. If you’re considering Harmony at Douglasville, I would absolutely recommend giving them a visit. I’m very grateful for the experience we’ve had!

Checked out this facility as a potential option for an aging family member, and was blown away by the customer service from staff. The building was beautiful and appears to be well taken care of. If you’re in the area, I’d recommend you check it out!

I toured this community while in town visiting family. The community is beautiful but more importantly it is warm and welcoming. I've worked in healthcare for over 20 years and when you find a great place, you just know.

There’s no place like Harmony!<br><br>Home is where the heart is, and in my experience there is so much heart, hope, and love right here! I would highly recommend Harmony at Douglasville as a new home for seniors in need of loving care and professional support. Specifically, the memory care staff is extremely patient, supportive, and knowledgeable for both residents and their families. The administrative staff made the transition from home so smooth, and literally provided a red carpet welcome during move-in. The facility is fairly new and very clean, and there is always someone tidying up in the corridors. And the food is delicious… Chef is serious in the kitchen. Name it…it’s offered…. Great maintenance staff, kind nurses and techs, they offer laundry service, there’s a movie room, a beauty salon, a rehabilitation center on-site! Check it out and please tell them I recommended you! ❤️ They offer a great referral program too! 🥰<br><br>These are big decisions that families must make, but know that you are not alone and if your loved one is at Harmony you will finally rest well at night.
