I had the pleasure of speaking with Lismary, the receptionist, while calling to get information for my father-in-law about living at The Harbor. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free.<br><br>Her warm, welcoming attitude and willingness to help truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel so valued and cared for over the phone. She is a wonderful first impression of The Harbor, and her exceptional customer service reflects very positively on the community.<br><br>I’m truly glad that The Harbor has someone like Lismary on their team. The staff stole my cat. When I approached them, they lied to me for a month about it.<br>Initially, I was told that a resident's family took my cat to the vet for a cyst and would keep me updated to get him back.<br>After ignoring me for a month, I came back and they claim that he dissappeared and that no one took him to a vet.<br>Very unfriendly. If they lie about this, who knows what else they are lying or hiding?<br>I wouldnt be posting this if it wasn't for the sneakiness behind it all.<br>Good luck.
