During the week of Monday - Friday this facility seems to be @ a professional service but during the weekend a complete circus with very rude staff & nurses & no one is running the facility as it should be. I have a brother that has been in this facility for 2 & half year's & was sent to Paulding county hospital over the weekend of 6-28-26 for no reason he was the wrong resident that was supposed to be sent. When trying to speak with someone @ the facility over the weekend about this situation all you get is nursing staff laughing about it & very rude attitude & unprofessional care of residential people. Definitely in need a better professional care nursing staff for all situations of the facility.

I can’t say enough great things about this nursing facility and the amazing staff who work here. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed, respected, and cared for. I got a chance to see firsthand how the staff and concierge go above and beyond to make sure the residents are comfortable and treated with dignity. Definitely happy to see my uncle in a place that actually likes being in.

I’ve had a great experience with the staff at Douglasville Center for Nursing and Healing. The team is professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to making sure residents receive the best care possible. The facility is clean, welcoming, and you can tell the staff genuinely care about the well-being of everyone there. I especially want to recognize Cierra Williams, the Medical Records Coordinator. She is extremely organized, professional, and always helpful when it comes to handling important records and information. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that residents and families have the support they need. It’s clear that the staff here work hard to create a positive and caring environment. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones.
