Anytime ive asked for a hone health aid for my sfamily member one shows up. When I need to speak with a SW both Social Workers listen and try to assist. The medical assistant Dawn is awesome. Sometimes we need to realize that a family member just doesn't like being away from. Home<br>Har or View tries to work with the residents keeping a safe secure environment Watching out for each and every resident. I am grateful for all the assistants giving to my family member and appreciate all of the workers

I REPEAT don't send your love ones here THEY DON'T TAKE CARE OF THEM I had my father there because of their NEGLIGENCE he developed bedsores and he just looked like he was being ABUSED IN THERE BY STAFF there and they even lost his clothes in there(WHERE'S HIS CLOTHES AT MARIA ?)it pains me deeply to even write this but im going to let everyone know not to send love ones there PLEASE<br>As im looking this is a bad place for sick family members enough you have to worry about the health now there well being there too hopefully someone steps in to stop this place for hurting more families if you haven't noticed they won't respond to address these issues cause they know what is going on in there place. The place is very nice. They keep it very well put together and clean. The staff on the other hand is terrible! They Feed the residences garbage, you could have high blood pressure diabetes or allergies to certain food all will get served the same food. My mother is deathly allergic to fish and still they put fish in front of her every single week and then just hand her a peanut butter and jelly sandwich if she says I can’t eat that. My mother was also out of the facility for two months at a nursing home for rehabilitation. So now I am being told that she owes Social Security money for those two months because nobody reported that she was out of The facility. Then they had the decency to tell me she has a balance. I’ve been calling them constantly to find out if anybody actually got on the phone to find out when her money will be continued as well as Harborview’s office to address her not being held responsible for the two months they didn’t get paid. Nobody communicates with you. They smile in your face and promise to assist or address any needs of your loved ones and don’t nor do they get back to you when you follow up. They have no compassion for any of the Residences there. It seems like it’s only about getting paid. Believe me, I’ve sat there at the facility and I’ve seen all types of things go on there. There are so many issues with this place and I would like to know who is higher up to contact other than their director.
