I had a very positive experience with nurse Maksim Bogdanov from All Heart Home Care Agency. He is kind, attentive, and truly cares about his patients. Platinum is a great agency, with a lot of heart for clients and their families. Platinum treats employees very well. We aides feel like part of the Platinum family. I worked for many NYC agencies last 21 years and Platinum agency is the best, not everything about money and greed. We feel very lucky to have access to this homecare service. It has truly made a difference for our family. We are especially grateful for our nurse, Maksim. He has been incredibly helpful, caring, and attentive.
