I had a wonderful experience at Chateau Rehab. The food was always good, and the care and attention I received made me feel comfortable and supported every day. The rehab department was outstanding, especially Melvin, Clarivelle, and Lada. They were patient, encouraging, and truly dedicated to helping me improve and get stronger. The recreation department was amazing as well. Brooke, Brianna, and especially the amazing and wonderful Marline brought so much positivity, energy, and joy every day. They made activities fun and gave everyone something to look forward to. I also want to recognize all the CNAs and nurses on the first floor for their kindness and hard work, especially Ms. Harvey, Ms. Kennedy, Shirin, Ms. Campbell, and Ms. Amora. They always treated me with compassion and respect. Andrea, the Nurse Practitioner, was always there for me whenever I needed help or reassurance. I truly appreciated her care and support. A special thank you also to Jason and Gasper from concierge, and to everyone else I may not have mentioned. Thank you all for making my stay such a positive experience. I truly appreciate everything you did for me.

My experience at Chateau Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has been absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The level of rehabilitation and nursing care provided here is truly exceptional. The rehab team is amazing, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly encouraging throughout the recovery process. The therapists take the time to create personalized treatment plans and motivate patients every step of the way. Their dedication helped make a difficult recovery much easier and more positive. The nursing staff deserves just as much praise. Every nurse and aide I encountered was compassionate, attentive, and responsive. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure residents were comfortable and well cared for. It’s clear that the staff truly cares about the health and wellbeing of every patient. I also want to give special recognition to Jason and Gasper, the concierges, who truly made the experience even better. They were always friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything needed. Their kindness and positive attitudes made residents and families feel welcomed every single day. Another thing that really stood out was the quality of the food and amenities. The meals were delicious, fresh, and offered a great variety, which made daily life much more enjoyable. The center also provides wonderful amenities that help residents feel relaxed and pampered. I especially loved the Urban Zen therapy sessions, which were calming and therapeutic, as well as the opportunity to get my nails done, small touches that made a huge difference in boosting morale and creating such a positive environment. Chateau Nursing and Rehabilitation Center combines excellent medical care with warmth, comfort, and dignity. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehabilitation or skilled nursing care for themselves or a loved one.

My uncle was at The Chateau for about 3 weeks. Initially things did not look like they were going to work out, but after working with Gasper and Jason of the concierge team, they personally addressed every issue that arose. The attention to detail from them was incredible. Working with Mario the Social Worker, was also a pleasure and a great help. The nurses, CNAs and other staff all worked very hard to provide my uncle the support and care he needed while staying at the facility. I remain grateful for the team at The Chateau and appreciate all they did for my uncle.

So from the moment I came in even on my stretcher everyone was very welcoming and full of smiles. It seems that everyone was genuinely excited to meet me. Right away the supervisors and nurses met me and gave me all the information I need and answered all questions. As a nurse for 40 years I am extremely pleased with my experience at the Chateau. The rehab program was an extremely good program and really appreciate it. I was very impressed with the amputee walking program with todd and dennis who are amputees and also Olympic gold medalists. Lada, melvin amd quan are all amazing and care about me deeply. Lisa Campbell my CNA is super super super and can't stress it enough. I fell completely in love with miss philips as well. Such amazing people. I hope to keep in touch with everyone I met here and will definitely be visiting. Can't forget Jason the concierge who walked me though everything and made sure my overall care was the best of the best. Mario Claudio my social worker was also great thanks much. Basically everyone I met I was very pleased with and I even met the administrator and was very impressed.

I would like to extend my appreciation to the Chateau Rehabilitation Center & Nursing Center for the attentive and compassionate care they provided to my mother-in-law, Mrs. Nikolaeva, during her stay. The entire team demonstrated professionalism, patience, and genuine concern every step of the way. A special thank you to the social work and rehabilitation teams (Ms. Maria, Mr. Mario, Mr. Aaron, Ms. Samantha, Ms. Anna, Ms. Nadya) who supported her progress and made sure she had everything she needed. I am also grateful to the medical team on the first floor for their thorough and attentive care (MS. Liya, Ms. Sofia). And a very heartfelt thanks to Mr. Kewley, who was always nearby and ready to resolve any issue. Special thanks to The Chateau for its dedication and the excellent care it provides. Highly recommended.
