3 days in and they have yet to get my grandmother out of bed. She has her own chair but I was told "we will evaluate her monday to see if she can use it" I said wonderful can you get her an old-school wheel chair so we can take her out of her room..... still waiting and she's been confined to her bed and not moved every 2 hours, which puts her at increase risk for blood clots, skin breakdown and muscle atrophy....again my pap and I asked they to get her up and in a chair and to no avail they have not. Her gowns are stained i dont think they have been helping her clean her dentures either. She is continent as well which makes it even worse because they just leave her lay there!!!!!! I'll update my review once I see a change in her care. But as of now I doubt it is going to change. *update* Not even a month of her being there and she is rarely taken out of bed, and if she is its for 2-3 hours only......and she was admitted to the hospital with a severe UTI and severe dehydration(they dont offer fluids and they never give her the call bell) When they offer her food, the aide helps give her MAYBE a quarter cup of the fruit, and then take the tray. If you love your family take them elsewhere!!! This place should be closed down!!!!!!!

I pulled my mom from this place.They complained when they had to walk her to the bathroom or change her. She heard the one cna say "Whats this the hundredth time today" Apparently they forgot thats what there job is. Ask questions workers were supposed to get back to me no one ever did. When my mother calls me crying saying she hates it there. There's a reason.They took her for an MRI and didn't pick her back up. Arnold Palmer up at Mt.View called me to pick her up. Then when I go up and tell them to pack her stuff im taking her home. The lady in admissions says why cause you had to pick your mother up. To me thats a freaking big deal are tou kidding me!!! I Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Our father was taken to Greene Health & Rehab Center at 119 Industrial Park Road in Greensburg, PA on an urgent basis, as he required significantly more care—truly, round‑the‑clock skilled care. We had experience with a different skilled facility a couple of years ago, and the difference between that and Greene Health & Rehab was night and day. Every person we encountered there was a pleasure to work with. They took the time to explain what we should expect, and in all honesty, they exceeded every expectation. Despite how busy the staff was, they consistently stopped to check whether we needed chairs, or whether Dad needed anything—blankets, water, or any other comfort. This wasn’t a one‑time occurrence. Different family members visited at various times each day, and all of us had the same positive experience. Placing a loved one in a skilled facility is an incredibly difficult decision. Based on our experience, this is a place where you can trust that your family member will be treated with dignity, compassion, and genuine care—as if they were part of their own family. When you’re faced with such a hard choice, knowing your loved one is going to a facility run with this level of professionalism and kindness truly eases a great deal of the stress and worry. The Redinger and Minnicks family both recommend 100%

I could not have been happier with this rehab. The staff was absolutely wonderful just to mention a few Alyssa, Abby, Becca and especially Sydney were so kind and compassionate. The housekeeping staff to great care to keep the place clean. Even the people at the front desk were so kind and welcoming. Honestly so happy my loved one was able to come home but I will miss everyone that took such great care of her . I would highly recommend this rehab center to anyone looking for exceptional care and comfortable environment.

My dad has gotten excellent care under Colleen and Kari’s leadership. They are always visible and helping on the floors. The staff are attentive and compassionate from all departments. The housekeepers go to great effort to keep up with his room. Laundry takes care with his clothes. The activities staff keep him engaged. The meals are delicious and to his preference. The nursing staff are patient and competent. Randy the CRNP is accessible and thorough. The social services department addresses concerns quickly. All of the staff are very kind to my mother as well when she visits. Geri from admissions made his transition moving in a smooth one. Thank you to your entire team for your tireless work!
