Our mom, Betty McCullough, was declining in health due to her dementia. We had to find her a place that would give her the care she needed. We were so fortunate to have found Mountain View Memory care for her. This place is absolutely amazing. The entire facility is kept spotless. Betty was there for a little over a year before she passed. She always said how much she liked the staff and how well they treated her. She really enjoyed the food and would look forward to each meal.We would show up unannounced many times and were impressed by the compassion and care that the staff would show all residents.<br>They would go above and beyond to take care of everyone, Hugging them, holding their hand and comforting her in time of need. We would like to give a special thanks to Andrea, who was always there to help us in any way possible. She was very compassionate and caring to everyone. Betty would always say Andrea is just wonderful and beautiful.The entire staff including the dining staff were incredible..They all deserve every penny they make and more. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for Betty. We felt very comfortable leaving her in their care and we can’t thank them enough. Thank you all so very much for everything.<br>Cinde Evans

Our Mom stayed at Mountain View Memory Care for one year and I couldn't be happier with the care they provided during a very difficult time. The staff are compassionate, caring, respectful, courteous, and always helpful. I visited the facility many times, without advance notice, and have always been pleased with the facility and staff. The staff kept me informed on Mom's condition and promptly notified me of any issues that required immediate attention. I had peace of mind knowing that Mom was in good hands in-between my visits. I always felt like I had a partner helping me with Mom.

We are very pleased with the staff, cleanliness and safety at MVMC! Our Mother needed placed quickly with another facility changing her status with little notice and threatening to discharge. Amy and staff gave us a tour and all the necessary information for us to make the best choice for MOM! Thank you for a smooth transition and safe and lovely place for Her :-)

Tierney and the wonderful staff at Mountain View Memory Care made what could have been an incredibly difficult transition so much easier. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care gave me such peace of mind when moving my husband into memory care. I’m truly grateful for how they treated him — and us — like family.

I placed my mother in here at the end of January 2025, she was in rough shape, and had terrible experiences at other homes. In just under a month her health issues have improved (not her dementia), and it is all because of the incredible care and compassion that my mom has been getting. Every staff member has such incredible compassion for every patient there. I’m still amazed that all the staff knows every patient by name. The facility is incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and their food is very good; my mom was barely eating before she was moved there, now she eats just about everything at every meal. The staff brings all the patients to the dining room for their 3 meals a day. The community room is very large and a nice hang out for patients and visitors, the staff can keep an eye on them. All the patients are clean and dressed everyday. No one is ever neglected. The rooms for the patients are very nice and can be decorated as the family or patient likes (within reason of course). Scott is fantastic, he took the time to help get my moms room to look more homey with things I brought in for her. She is now very comfortable there. Tierney made the admission process very easy and super quick getting my mom moved in.<br>I highly recommend this community for a loved one needing memory care. I know my mom is in good hands, getting exceptional care and they in turn have given me the gift of peace of mind.
