We recently toured pleasant ridge for my mom. I will tell you that pleasant ridge is clean, I saw numerous house keepers, both floors and halls smelled fresh, and decorated adorable. The staff was moving around and the residents seemed happy. Move in day was yesterday and we couldn’t be happier with what we have seen so far.
