This is the second time this facility has helped my Mom. The staff is kind and very helpful every single day. They have a very nice dining and activity room for all your meals and entertainment. Erika, Kristen and Alyssa are very helpful when it’s winding down to possible discharge making sure all ducks are in a row for care after you leave their facility. Their physical and occupational therapy team is the best around! I would recommend!

I brought my grandkids trick or treating and they loved it. The staff went above and beyond for my granddaughter that didn’t want to do the elevator.(so we took the stairs down and they left us out the door down stairs ) I think it’s great how you bring the older generation in with the younger generation I really think they all enjoyed it.you treated everyone with kindness and compassion all your residents there was so happy to be giving out to the kids I wish more people took the time to pay attention and see the smiles that was on the faces of everyone not just the kids

I took my grandkids there for the trick or treating. All the staff was so nice and helpful . They all had smiles on their faces. The residents had such a wonderful time handing out candy to all the children. The facility was very clean. It was a happy atmosphere there. I love taking my grandkids there every year....

The best trunk or treating experience. Lots of people it was the best seeing all the older people lined up passing out candy to the kiddos. My kids left with so much candy and goodies. They want to come back again and truly enjoyed them selfs thank you so much for putting it all together.

I am giving this facility a 5 star rating, from a different perspective. I am a nurse of 30 years who has worked with H.H. as an outsider provider, that provides Hospice to those in need of it. This facility is ALWAYS clean, residents are CLEAN, well groomed, & happy. From my pov I am impressed with the on the caregivers who know their pts & genuinely care about them as a person, not as the man/lady in Room 1 bed W. I also work with management quite often, I will share with you that From the Administrator ,to the MSW I have ALWAYS been able to talk with them if/when I needed to. Their doors are always open and just like the direct care staff management also knows who the pts/residents and family are. These are things I look for in all facilities that I am a guest in. Absolutely wonderful facility and staff is top notch from Administration to all other areas of the care team.
