Starting out with the company was great, John really put me at ease hiring a company to help care for my aging father. I had a great week day caregiver assigned to us; she was absolutely amazing. Punctual, caring, detail oriented, and patient. When it came time to add weekend care, they could not send me a reliable caregiver. Caregivers were often late, and called out repeatedly. While the company always was able to send replacement care, it meant I needed to be home to let the caregiver in and explain the directions of care, which eliminated the need for the caregiver to be there. Then I had a caregiver leave a personal item, they called my father to go look for it. He can't walk, but he wanted to help her so he got up and tried to go look. He fell. No one was home at the time because he doesn't get up on his own. Then, when the caregiver wanted to retrieve her personal item, she gave my address to someone else to come pick up her item, without mentioning it. As a single woman, with a teenage daughter, a caregiver giving out my address to a man to walk around outside my home in the dark, with no notice, is terrifying and unacceptable.
