Pomperaug Woods Health Center for Rehabilitative Care - (from my Thank You Letter to the Staff) - You, each of you, were polite, courteous, professional, caring and, above all else, empathetic to my wife's situation and at every opportunity you made her feel welcome and at ease, no matter what the task you were performing. I do not remember a frowning or scowling face, an unhappy attitude, a grumpy disposition. Although this may sound like an old cliché, together you acted and performed as intricate pieces of a well oiled machine – functioning seamlessly as one as you provided your part in her care. No matter what else might have been going on in your lives, you always pushed it to the back and presented a warm and caring demeanor – creating an environment that she was happy in. For That, I Thank You.
