I have lived at Fairland for a year and a half after both of my legs were amputated. Yes, the building is old, and it isn't fancy, but the staff here are the real treasure. From Abby, Tara, and Neil in PT, Yolanda the housekeeper, and Jay, Dee, Joanna and Rose in nursing, they are kind, caring overworked individuals doing the best they can for every patient, even the ones that curse and/or assault them. I wouldn't be moving forward to my own place without their encouragement, hard work, and gentle care.

I chose this facility because it was close to my home. The reviews did scare me a bit honestly but once I came in for a tour and met some of the staff I felt a little more at ease. My mom was at the facility for 4 months doing skilled rehab. They helped ease my fears of what would happen if the insurance stopped paying and offered assistance with a long term Medicaid application. We ended up not needing it but it did help just knowing I had support. Please don’t let the reviews intimidate you because it’s an old building filled with people who genuinely love what they do. Thanks Fairland team!

Don't even deserve 1 star DONT BRING YOUR LOVE ONE HERE facility is dirty and not sanitary. They have roaches, and mice. They do not clean the rooms like they should ,dietitian does not follow the patient's medical orders.Food is worse than slop. They do not medicate your loved one like they're supposed to. Most of the nurses and nurse practitioners don't speak good english. They lose important legal documents regarding your loved ones. They do not allocate their finances correctly. They do not bathe the residents like they should. When you bring up important medical issues about your loved one. They are argumentative and dismissive unprofessional and rude. This place should be shut down or looked into by the better business bureau. Once again you have been warned. Please do not bring your loved ones to this facility!!!!!!!!!!

Our family is so thankful for the respiratory care provided here. The staff is professional, kind, and genuinely invested in their patients’ well-being. We felt supported and heard throughout the entire process. It made a difficult situation much easier to navigate.

The staff is nice and respectful; however, the facility requires major renovation, maintenance, better care coordination, and additional staffing. Unfortunately, it’s all about money, insurance and more money. Adventist Healthcare should be ashamed for being affiliated and referring patients to this center Dr. Nicole R. Richardson, MD / DO — Internal Medicine (Glen Burnie, MD) Practice Location: M Medical Group, Inc. — Glen Burnie Health and Rehab, Maryland. Galatians 6:2 Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. This verse emphasizes caring for others, including those who struggle with illness or other needs. 5. Luke 6:31 And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise. Often called the Golden Rule — a foundational principle for treating others (including in health needs) as we would want to be treated. 6. Proverbs 19:17 He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD… Showing kindness to those in need — including poor and sick — is valued by God. 7. Romans 12:13 Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality. A call to meet the needs of others in practical ways.
