I have tried 5 different home health care agencies in the DC / MD / VA area and Synergy is by FAR the best. Our care requirements are difficult as both my parents need full care, and my father can be very difficult. Synergy has always found us amazing aids, and worked with us and EMTs seamlessly during emergencies when I or my sister were both not in the area. Aids: Almost every single aid we have had as been professional, kind, punctual, and learned all the details of my parents' care quickly. I make myself available to ask questions at any time, and they always call if they are unsure of anything. Communication: Synergy contacts me in case of any issues, and always let's me know in advance if there will be schedule changes for holidays, etc. Coverage: Conversely, Synergy always finds someone to come in even at the last minute if we have any sudden changes in our schedule. Also, if an aid has an emergency and can not make it, Synergy finds a replacement almost instantly. I always know we are covered and I feel supported. If you need care for your loved one, I highly recommend them.
